Beach Club in Summer Mode

The 11 O'Clock Club Members met on a sun kissed Deerfield Beach as always this weekend.

The ocean was a balmy 86F, and a perfect breeze was blowing in from the Bahamas. The club members discussed the usual eclectic range of subjects, and OGL took a swim and walk along the beach in the ocean.

Bob took this picture with his new camera. The zoom is excellent, and as you can see everyone was enjoying this Florida paradise!

We're Back!!!

The weather is picture perfect, and Larry (OGL) and Bob even took a dip in the ocean.

Perfect winters Weekend

The weekly meeting of the 11 O'Clock Club met today at the Club House on Beautiful Deerfield Beach Florida.

The weather was Chamber of Commerce Perfect, the the club members toasted another perfect day.

As you can see, the ocean was wonderful, and the Goodyear Blimp made a visit to the club!

2007 is fresh and New

The 2007 inaugaral meeting of the 11 O'Clock club wqas held on Saturday. Larry, Bob & Paul were joined by Associate Member Barbara at the club meeting space on beautiful Deerfield Beach.

The weather was perfect, warm 80's a pleasant breeze and just a few white puffs of cloud in the sky.

Larry took the office OGL nap, and the usual eclectic discussions were held by the club members.

2007 is off to a GREAT start!

2006 Draws to an End

The end of 2006 is is upon us, and the last meeting of the 11 O'Clock Club for 2006 was held today. Bob & Paul celebrated a great 2006 at the club with screwdrivers and pretzels, approved club fare!

The beach was very crowded as the weather was perfect and a lot of visitors are already in the Deerfield beach area it seems.

Larry, OGL, was visiting with Club Associate Tom, so was not able to make it to the last meeting, however, he was on the beach just North of the Pier, so was with us in spirit if not in person.

last couple of weeks

The club members have been enjoying the beach over the past couple of weeks. Official club updates have been remiss, and this post is to update the club minutes.

The beach has been wonderful, Fall weather has arrived, but the beach is still the place to be.

Last weekend it was very breezy, trade wind like, so not cold, but refreshingly cool to the skin.

Appologies for the blury photos, the wind made it hard to hold the camera phone steady!!!!

Lack of Postings

It has been brought to my attention that there has bean a dearth of posting to the site of late.

Bob as club minute taker, please take note!!!!! :-)

The club has been meeting and enjoying the club amenities throughout the Summer.

Last Saturday was a "sad" club meeting as it was the first day of Fall, and the Sun dipped below the horizon. 180 days to go, then we will have the return of the Sun.

That being said, it was a fabulously Sunny day on the beach, and a Publix Italian Sub and Slushie were consumed by the club members.

Bob was unable to make a full visit due to issues with his network connections (now resolved).
