OGL and Paul held the Memorial Day Weekend 11 O'Clock Club Meeting on a perfect beach morning.

The Summer rainy season is beginning, and afternoons can be stormy, as this afternoon was turning out to be.

OGL determined that today was the day to test the ocean, and as the photos show, the ocean was proclaimed "Fit (warm enough) for club members to enjoy".

Donna provided the necessary incredients for this years new batch of slushies, and next week it is anticipated that a new slushie will be sampled and approval given by OGL, and the other Charter Members

May 21, Graduation of Alexandra

The Charter Members, together with Associate No1 met at the residence of OGL to celebrate the Graduation of his eldest daughter, Alex, from High School.

Alex will be attending College in Texas later this year, and in honor of Alex's Graduation, the 11 O'Clock Club meeting was held at OGL's Residence.

Great food and a good time was had by all.

The Charter Members of the 11 O'Clock Club met at the clubhouse this morning.

It was a perfect day, with turquoise ocean and warm sun and a cooling breeze under the Club umbrella.

As slushies were not available, Island Punch was the drink of the day, together with a Publix Sub for good measure.

Bob noted for the record, that the seagulls had returned North, and that the roads and beach were quieter as the Snowbirds are returning home for the Summer.

The ocean will soon be warm enough for the club members to begin swimming once again!

The Fort lauderdale Air & Sea Show is this weekend, and the club members got to see some of the aircraft from the display making a turn over the Club Beach.

OGL had taken his chair and left it in his car, so had to "borrow" Bobs chair. OGL did not like this chair as it does not lay flat for sleeping, and he had to sit up for the whole club meeting.
